Referrals are accepted from Yourself, Doctors, Parents, Children’s Developmental Service Agencies, Health Departments, and other agencies in Asheville and the surrounding areas.

~To Begin Services, We Will Need~

A prescription order for "occupational therapy" from your physician. You may get this yourself, or we can request it from your physician.

A copy of your insurance card. If you have two insurance cards (as in the case of having a primary insurance and Medicaid) both will be needed. Medicaid requires that we bill the primary insurance first before they will pay for services.

Completion of intake forms.
